In 2020, he founded this law firm named Miah & Associates, which is a nationwide law firm offering one-stop property legal solutions across Bangladesh. It is recognized for its practical, client-focused approach and professional integrity. Before establishing his chamber, he served as Deputy General Manager and Head of Business Development at Comprehensive Holdings Ltd., a leading real estate company, where he worked for 16 years. He began his career with Ena Properties Ltd. in 2004.
Barrister Miah is committed to legal education and has conducted numerous in-house training sessions for junior lawyers. He is known for his leadership, strong communication skills in both Bangla and English, and dedication to mentoring young professionals. He holds a Bar Transfer Test (BTT) qualification from BPP University, UK, and an LL.M from Northern University of Bangladesh, where he was awarded the Vice Chancellor’s Gold Medal. He is a member of The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and is enrolled as an advocate with the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and the Bangladesh Bar Council.

Razia Sultana

B.Sc (Hons) M.Sc, Dip. in CSESenior Associate & Director Having a science background, she started her career in the Administration Dept. in the Real Estate Industry. After a short while, she worked in the Credit Control and Customer Management as Head of the Department. Since then, she has been there for 15 years. Her knowledge in credit control and customer management makes her distinctive in this role.

Mohammad Shah Nur

He serves as a Junior Associate at Miah & Associates and practices as an apprentice lawyer at Dhaka Judge Court and Supreme Court of Bangladesh, gaining hands on experience in litigation and legal practice.
